Privacy Policy

This page explains, in plain language, what information Cascade Clean Pros collects, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us when you ask for an estimate:

  • From the quote form on this website: your name, phone number, email address, the type of service you're interested in, and any notes you add about the job.
  • From our Facebook and Instagram lead forms: your name, phone number, email address, zip code, and any answers you give on the form.

If you call, text, or email us, we also have whatever you share in that conversation.

Consent records: when you submit our quote form, we also save which consent boxes you checked, the version of the consent wording shown, the page you submitted from, the date and time, and your browser type. This is our record of the permission you gave us.

Why we collect it

We use your information to contact you about the estimate you requested — to answer questions, schedule a visit, and give you a quote. We don't add you to a mailing list or use your information for anything unrelated to your request.

Analytics and advertising tools

This website uses a few third-party tools to understand how the site is used and to run our ads:

  • Google Analytics — shows us things like which pages get visited and how people find the site.
  • Google Ads — tells us when someone who clicked one of our Google ads sends a quote request.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) — tells us when someone who saw our Meta ads visits the site or sends a quote request, and helps show our ads to people in our area.

These tools use cookies and similar technology, and the companies that run them process that data under their own privacy policies. You can manage how Google and Meta use your data for ads at Google's ad settings and in your Facebook ad preferences. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

Text messages (SMS)

We only send text messages if you gave us permission, for example by checking the optional text message box on our quote form. Texts are about your estimate, scheduling, appointment reminders, and related services. Message frequency varies (typically 2–10 per month). Message and data rates may apply.

  • To stop: reply STOP to any text. We'll send one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and then stop.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or your text message opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone else, except with the service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.

Automated and AI-assisted communication

We use a customer management and messaging platform to organize estimate requests and follow up with you. Some texts, emails, and calls may be automated, AI-assisted, or use a prerecorded or AI-generated voice, but only for channels you've agreed to. A real person on our team is available whenever you ask. Calls may be recorded for quality. You can opt out of automated calls or texts at any time by telling us, or by replying STOP to a text.

Who we share information with

We share your information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, form and spreadsheet tools, our customer management and messaging platform, and our phone and email providers. They may only use it to provide those services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

We don't sell your information

We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and job records as long as we need them to serve you and keep normal business records, then delete them. Consent records are kept as long as needed to show you gave permission.
